I have spent 8 hours trying to get just one win in Hearts. It is impossible. I enjoy doing the badges and filling my albums but the 2012 will be missing this one. Why do you make games so hard that it upsets everyone? Alot of players-including myself-are not happy at all with what has been done..Renewal??I dont think so unless there is alot of changing done.

I really don't know where to talk about this so I will just post my complaint here. WHAT IS POGO DOING? It's like they are on a suicide mission to destroy their site. This week's challenge is literally impossible unless you have friends cheating so you can "SHOOT THE MOON". I play in a Hearts Club and it is extremely difficult to get all the hearts and the Queen. Even with the help of friends you have to get a hand with alot of high cards. First winning chess as a challenge and now this. It used to be important to me to get all the weekly challenges and now I just don't care. This coupled with the technical difficulties and the new embedded games makes playing on Club Pogo alot less enjoyable. Why do people always change things that don't need fixing?

about once every week, things work right, then the rest of the time things go to POGO. Which tells me pogo knows what the problem is. Its a money thing for pogo.

Every time I click on a card or two my game either freezes up or I get booted from the room. I am trying for a badge and still need 21 wins to get it. My time is running out here pogo only have a few hours left. Please fix this problem.

First Class Solitaire • Negative Posts and Complaints about Pogo on the Forums

Due to the many current issues affecting members game play the Pogo Forums are receiving a lot of negative and unconstructive feedback. We are aware of the issues largely related to those unhappy with Embedded Game Pages (EGP), whether it be the design/lack of Pop-ups, or Games loading slowly, not able to continue after one game, or simply not loading at all. We are researching those issues and hope to have solutions in the coming weeks.

Because of the many current, common, and overly repeated complaints, and threats of unsubscribing we are simply going to remove or consolidate such posts as they simply are over burdening our Forum’s community in general. I would like to be clear, we are not ignoring these complaints and the issues that are triggering them. We are simply trying to maintain the forums as a relatively peaceful place where members can communicate in a positive and constructive manner.

Our Mods are here trying to help. If they remove a post it is because they are following Pogo’s and EA’s guidelines. If they feel for any reason that a post is negative or may incite negative responses they are well within their given powers to remove such a post.

We know a lot of our members, Free and Club, have been having various ongoing and continuous issues with using our site for the last several weeks and month. We are working hard to try and narrow down the causes of these wide ranging problems.

The Game Loading and not being able to continue after playing a game are two of the largest issues that we are researching right now. We have been working directly with a few members to try and narrow down the symptoms and possible resolutions.

We have found a few things so far that are preventing players from normal game play, including certain browser add-ons and security settings. In many cases simply resetting the browser to its default settings and disabling add-ons that are not necessary for playing our games will resolve the problem.

We are still gathering information and as we do so, we will try to figure out if there are any adjustments we can make on our end so that these settings and add-ons do not interfere with people’s ability to play on Pogo. In some cases we may need to provide our users with more details on how they can make adjustments on their end so that they can continue playing. More details and information will be provided as they become more solid.

In addition to that, we also continue to look into the issues with Pop-up Game Windows, not being able to purchase Gems, various abuse issues, as well as new and old bugs.

We understand that these last few months with changes to our site, games, and EA Support have been very trying and we are indeed working to improve the experience for our fans. We greatly appreciate your patience.

First Class Solitaire freeze solution for Badge pop-up showing up on top of prize spinner pop-up.
Drag Badge pop-up off of Prize Spinner pop-up and it will close. Then close Badge pop-up.
Game will not freeze!

Having the same problems, but now once I get into a room I just friend anyone. Then go to your My Friends list and enter that way and you get the old format. It still works much better then this new one.

Is everybody having problem with game freezing up or am I the only one.

And trying to contact through the help (email or live chat) is useless. You click on it and nothing happens.
